About me

Ecuador, 2008
Here's the usual spiel:

I was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Delmarva and moved from one small town to another to another.  I graduated from Chincoteague High School then went from one college to another to another (sensing a theme here?)  But once I got to Salisbury University I knew I found where I was supposed to be.

After jumping around a few areas of study I discovered the Modern Languages Department and took classes in French, Arabic and Spanish.  I found some amazing friends and even got to explore the world with some of them.  I was lucky enough to study abroad in both Cuenca, Ecuador and Málaga, Spain. (It is amazing that I was forced to study abroad for my major).

I graduated magna cum laude from Salisbury University in May 2011 with a BA in Spanish and International Studies.

I am currently living in Málaga, Spain assisting in the bilingual programs of both a primary and secondary school.
